2Pcs Deburring External Chamfer Tool with Tungsten Carbide Blades, Burr Remover Tool Bolt Thread Repair for 1/8โ-3/4โ (3mm-19mm), Deburring Drill Bit, Chamfer Bit with Hex Shank: desertcart.com: Industrial & Scientific Review: Recomendado - Muy buena erramienta la recomiendo Review: Great deburring and chamfering tool for metal and plastic. Not for wood. - This deburring and chamfering tool generally works as described and has good fit and finish. It is a tool that you will not realize how much you needed it until you have it and start using it. Great for cleaning up sharp edges on metal and plastic rods after cutting to length, especially useful if you are going to thread the rod. I tried it on metal, plastic and wood. Works as advertised on plastic and metal although I had a little difficulty with chatter on plastic. It does not work on wood as the chamfer looks chewed rather than cut. I do not recommend this for wood. I do not blame the tool for this, as it is clearly not designed to cut wood. The seller should not have indicated it for use on wood. This tool is only intended for deburring and chamfering, which removed only a small amount of metal. If you want to use it to sharpen the end of a rod you are going to be disappointed. It will take a long time.

Simple, easy, works as advertised.
This is a simple tool that may have been around a while, or perhaps it's a new idea. I've not seen one before. It is used to chamfer the end of a cut off (or damaged) bolt to allow a nut to be started and threaded back on the damaged end. The pictures show a 1/4" bolt that was cut off with a hacksaw. I was impossible to get a nut to start on the rolled over thread. The other photo shows the same bolt after maybe 15 seconds of running the tool on it at low speed. The cut of the tool is not very aggressive and takes a few seconds to achieve the final result. I wasn't sure of the drill speed I should, so I chose about the slowest I could. After the chamfer, the nut started with no problem, Extremely easy to use. No longer have to be concerned about threading a nut on a cut off bolt anymore. Simple, easy, and foolproof. Easily a 5 star rated tool.
