I heard the vaultek lifepod can be opened with just a fork!?! is this true?

This was discovered as an issue, Vaultek acknowledged it and released a firmware update to allow the button to not be depressed while it is locked to prevent it. At the end of the day it is a $100 “safe” it is meant to deter snatch and grabs or crimes of opportunity, not be a Fort Knox

Where it says, "meets tsa guidelines", does that mean it can be opened with a tsa lock key?

Firearms must be unloaded and locked in a hard-sided container and transported as checked baggage only.... Only the passenger should retain the key or combination to the lock unless TSA personnel request the key to open the firearm container to ensure compliance with TSA regulations. You may use any brand or type of lock to secure your firearm case, including TSA-recognized locks.

Can this be left on the car when its -1 degree outside or what is the temperature it can operate?

Use a Lithium Battery for better temperature tolerance range.

Will this be able to fit a full size xdm 9mm?

Yes, the full size 4.5" XDm 9mm has a Length of 7.6” and just barely fits after wedging it in. You can only insert it one way. It hits at the top edge of the front sight on the upper left and back of the magwell on the lower right.
