This is a beauty! First off, I'm no camera expert...just someone who likes taking quality pics and having more options than point and click. There are plenty of REAL experts who have rated the equipment so here's my opinion as an ignorant user: Great camera! Easy to use without reading the whole manual but yet it has all those seemingly complex modes and settings that you can begin to learn when you're ready. Takes amazing detail pictures and at a good rate of speed, too. I used it with the 300mm zoom lense, held by hand, shooting MotoGP motorcycles exceeding 200 mph (no joke) and out of several thousand pics I got many in focus with the bike in the frame. I guarantee the blurry pics were my error and not the camera, but the fact it can capture that kind of action with ME holding it is truly impressive. If you know what you're doing already, read the expert reviews. If not, I can attest that this is a professional level camera that's amateur-friendly.

After reading the previous posts and ratings I still decided to purchase this bundle. To be frank there is nothing I would say as a professional photographer that is below standard. The camera is imaculent, the lenses perfect and yes seem parts are Polaroid BUT having used nikon, Polaroid and Canon there is no reason to fret. Everything works up to par and works seamlessly together. Good product and a great starter kit for a first time user. I bought this for my mom who is new to the photo world and it is so user friendly

Like the camera and lenses. Typical Canon quality but the rest of the items are very cheap. The case is to small to hold the equipment in the kit and the flash is such low quality as to be considered junk quality but it works. Best deal would have been to purchase the camera, filters and lenses and leave the other stuff on the shelf. You are paying for a bunch of stuff that is low quality. Recommend the camera and lenses. purchase them separately and then buy any other items needed individually.

The EOS Rebel T5 package is a great deal for beginner/budget concious photographers. The T5 is not the most sophisticated or fanciest camera on the market but it is capable of taking great photos with a little bit of practice. The bundled package includes everything you need to get started at a significant savings over purchasing everything separately. The items that I received were slightly different than what was shown in the advertisement. The macro lenses were not manufactured, and the filters were for magnification instead of color correction, and the tripods were slightly different, but I am still very happy with the package. The only complaint I have about the package it the camera bag that was included. The bag is small and is meant for just the camera and a couple of accessories and cannot accomodate everything in the bundle. A backpack would have been more appropriate considering how much equipment is included.

I love it! What a great camera, easy to use and takes great pictures. I went from a Nikon P500 to this camera. The quality of the photos is so much better, colors true, detail wonderful. The auto focus takes a little getting used to - it makes a lot of noise, but it works well. Manual focus is also very easy. The package was great, you get everything you need in this one. And Ritz Camera? They are awesome! I was so amazed by their customer service - they answered my questions quickly and, more importantly, correctly. This camera is a winner all around and Ritz Camera is the best! One more thing, the camera is extremely light for an SLR - I was quite surprised. Most drag you down, but this travels well.

RETURNING THIS!! RITZ CAMERA LIED to me. i went through all the things they told me to do. Called Canon back and they told me it is up to RITZ to replace my defective item. Ritz tells me it up to Canon. I got a hold of Amazon and even WOULD NOT HELP ME! this is the worst experience I've EVER had to go through with this bull Sh**. I wish I could give negative stars.... thats okay though. I'm taking the $551.15 that I AM getting back elsewhere. UPDATE: Just heard back from RITZ. They informed me the battery came from Canon. they also gave me their number to get in contact with them. The service from Canon was very nice. told me my problem could be either the charger or battery and gave me some tips on how to check. If the problem still persists I will be calling back, and they said they will fix it and send it back once they have the chance to figure out what exactly is wrong with it. If my problem is resolved and the camera works like it should I will come back and give a new review and 5 stars./ ****************************************************************************************** Just got this yesterday. Everything I got was as pictured. It was all either cannon or Polaroid. BUT my camera WILL NOT TURN ON! The battery has been on the charger for over 18 hours and still isn't charged so I can't even use it. I must say I'm pretty pissed that I've spent this much money for a DEFECTIVE product. I have contacted the seller. Now just waiting to here something back.

bought this kit a month back... love the camera because thats canon but the rest is cheap plastic.i did not get two transcend cards,i received one that was scandisk 32 gb and the other was a no label china 8gb card. the mini tripod was ughh cheap plastic, not like the one in the picture. the camera bag was not the same as in the picture and neither was the cleaning kit... im just wondering whether i paid that amount for the camera alone. if i had known that i was going to be swindled by this seller, i would not have made this purchase!

I ordered this because I am tired of taking pictures with my phone and having them come out bad. I had always wanted a good camera even before digital but never could afford one. I finally could and bought this set as it had the most for the best price of a brand I knew. I have had a good time learning about everything I got. It will take me a while but I will get it done. The pictures it takes now with me just learning are far better than anything I had before. It's a nice mid range kit with everything I needed to up my game on taking pictures.
