Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite Mixed Cable Kit Compatible with DreamStation Go and 3B Medical Luna CPAP Machine - CPAP Power Supply, CPAP Accessories

Bought to use with the 3B Medical Luna ***G3***. The input cable for the Luna G3 is a one pin; the cable included in this kit is four pin - - VERY disappointing. 3 star review because cable may work with an earlier iteration of the Luna line (but definitely doesn't work with the G3), and I cannot say whether the DC output cable for the Respironics DreamStation Go works or not. Will return unless I find that the AC Adapter is needed (just received today, and at this point it appears that it ISN'T).

The cord from the outlet to the converter did not work. The IT office at work had one from a no longer used item and I plugged that in and now I can charge my Pilot-24.

I was sent a returned item. It was haphazardly packed and resealed. It only had the charger and AC unit, and was not Medistrom brand. None of the adapter cables were included. I feel ripped off paying so much for a returned item that didn't have its components. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed that the plug in section wouldn't fit my Phillips Respironics CPAP machine. It had every other plug in but the green round plug. After waiting for it and then had to try to find another didn't make me happy.🥹
