Ok so we bought this for a gym we opened Aug 01, 2019. Obviously the price point is a major factor but I was not sure what I would receive for the money. All the components were accounted for and I had an electrician friend of mine do all the wiring. Pretty much no problems, or only the ones that are typically associated with a new setup. Got people in the door and signed up on opening day, all with 24 hr access via the key fobs. As our second month rolled around we lost a few members and I was having problems turning their fobs off. We were even scanning random fobs and the door was opening. NOT GOOD. Arranged for customer support via email with Chen, set a time, set up Teamviewer so he could help with the software, phoned him via Skype and he got it taken care of in about 30 minutes. Very helpful, very courteous, very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs this type of system but is on a budget. And isn't that pretty much all of us? 5/5

I own a gym in PA and bought this system so my members would have 24 hour access. It has worked perfectly, until today. I received a error message trying to get access to the system. So I emailed the company and installed a remote access app on my laptop, and the customer service had it fixed in less then 10 minutes. I couldn't be more happy and recommend anyone that needs keyless entry use this system.

They helped answer a couple questions we had very quickly and it was easy to install. The price is very reasonable for how well it works. They even did a video chat with me to let me show them my specific question.

I sell multiple access control systems. This one is good for lower security where end users want to have time schedules and audit trails. Tech support is pretty quick in responding. The software is a little clunky to operate which is why I'm giving it a 4 star. Also, I'm not sure of the longevity or life expectancy of the product.

The instructions are translated and the English is not great, but I have a background in electronics so it was very simple to install. It seems well built and looks like it will last. The software is pretty simple to use and it takes a minute to get use to it. I did have a question about one of the settings and I got an email response with the answer in about 20 minutes. Customer service so far has been excellent.

We purchased this for our office. We did have to get a different magnet to work with the lock but it wasnt a big deal. I had a few questions getting the system only and was able to contact support via Skype and email. The time zone difference was large but there was always a reply the next morning. Wood Chen has been delivering consistently. Thanks for making an affordable and solid product.
