Right now I use dermicol to cover a tattoo for work, but its so chalky and transfers really easily. How well would this cover a small tattoo?

Dermicol is heavy and meant to cover like that, this makeup doesn’t transfer once dry. It could cover the tattoo but you might need to apply more than one layer of the foundation plus get the right shade for the area unless it’s close to your face color. I tested a small portion of tattoo I have and it covered I had to build up about 3 layers before the color stopped bleeding through.
