Great compact colour printer. Very good value, at least initially if you ignore the cost of new colour laser toner. Relatively heavy printer but once in place that's not an issue. Setting up the wifi was not too difficult and once done printing is effortless from iPhone, laptops etc. As for the print quality it looks quite impressive. All in all a very good purchase.

Nothing not to like about this printer. Connectivity is rock solid, print quality is really nice for a laser printer. Just what I was looking for!

Got sick of my inkjet clogging due to lack of use so wasted a lot of money buying replacement cartridges. Decided to give this printer a go. It is NOT a laser printer but that can be a good thing as Laser printers come with their own set of issues. This is an LED printer, similar technology without the reliability drawbacks. Yes it won't print quite as fine photo quality but unless you want pro quality photo prints, this works perfectly well. Connectivity was a little problematic, even for someone I.T literate so be prepared for a little frustration. The online video guides are much better and easier to follow than the included instructions! I've had no problems with connectivity since installing through wifi 6 with the printer a good 15 m away from the router and through 3 walls. Printing on basic copy paper, text is clear with no smudging. Colour charts and pictures are fine if a little washed out, certainly not as bright as inkjet but yet still perfectly adequate. Print speed is quicker than most inkjets I've used and a little slower than a good laser printer. Perfectly fine for a small office though, just don't expect speedy prints of large documents. Don't be put off by the subscription service either. You DON'T have to use this and don't get nagged about it either. The option is there if you want it, which I guess might be useful if using this in a heavy workload environment. Initial cost may be more than an inkjet but long term it makes sense. I've lost count of the inkjet printers I've sent to the scrap heap because of poor quality and unreliability. Hardly economical! Overall I think this is a great little printer and a good alternative to those who hate replacing ink cartridges (that are still quite full!) because the heads have clogged. I've printed over 500 pages so far and the ink (powder) levels are still good despite these being 'eco' cartridges that came with the printer. Not had to replace the cartridges yet so can't comment on compatibility but with so much more printing available, it will be some time before I have to. It works when I need it, doesn't create a fuss, doesn't require resetting or reconnecting. It just works!

Der Brother DCP-L3550CDW A4 Farblaserdrucker ist ein solides Gerät, das meine Erwartungen größtenteils erfüllt hat. Die Druckqualität ist ausgezeichnet, insbesondere bei Farbdokumenten, und die Einrichtung war einfach und unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Nachteil dieses Druckers ist jedoch, dass er etwas langsamer druckt als erwartet. Dies ist jedoch kein gravierendes Problem für mich, da die Druckqualität und Zuverlässigkeit für mich Vorrang haben. Bardzo dobrze działająca drukarka. Dużo mniejsza niż moja stara HP. Szybko sie nagrzewa i drukuje. Można drukować przy pomocy aplikacji bezposrednio np. z telefonu. Jestem z niej bardzo zadowolony.
