Very good stuff.
Stuff works very well as long as surface is clean. Very easy to apply and made the rubber coin flooring stick very well. Very good price compared to buying it at the big box stores.

Don't Listen To The Naysayers; Adhesive Selection, Surface Prep, and Application Temperature Are Key
Any big glue up project makes me nervous; if you screw it up you can destroy your material, your substrate, and make a whole bunch of work and hassles for yourself. Research your choice of adhesive VERY carefully. I did, and I settled on this Rec Pro Adhesive for installation of my premium felt backed polyvinyl floor to the wood substrate on my pontoon boat and I could not be happier. I used 2 gallons for my 19' x 8' floor. It was 73 degrees at application (within spec) and I used a medium nap roller. It has a longer work time than many adhesives, but it's not forever. You can't dilly dally, but you don't have to rush either. Easiest application for this project was to pour the whole gallon over your surface (1/2 the deck lengthwise) and them spread it around evenly with the roller. This is an excellent adhesive IF it's the correct adhesive for your application, you prep your surface, and follow the application instructions. Except the notched trowel; I don't see how this product could be worked with a trowel.

Recpro adhesive
This adhesive works very well for the coin flooring installation. Easy application & appears to hold flooring in place.

Did the job but buckets were inconsistent
I used both buckets. I had two different colors and two different consistencies. One consistency was great one was loose. Time will tell if they were both good or not!

Follow instructions.
Looks are deceiving, Installation of a rubber felt back coin mat into cargo trailer. I ordered 1 extra gallon (just in case) Followed instructions, watched a video on installation, rented #100 floor roller from the box store. Installed with trowel, Installation was a breeze!, very happy with results. Customer service replied quickly to my questions. RecPro allowed my return of the un opened adhesive.

Not good on all surfaces
The only surface this stuff will adhere to is wood and that is still a bit iffy. DO NOT try and use this to apply on aluminum surfaces, it simply will not work. I wish I would have known this before I spent $55 on an entire gallon!! The boat I am replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring is almost completely aluminum so I had to go to Home Depot and spent another $40 on contact cement which is the recommended adhesive to use on aluminum surfaces. Even on wood surfaces it takes at least 48 hours to set up enough for me to take off the spring clamps I used to hold the vinyl in place.

Wrong glue big mistake
This product doesn't work on aluminum with marine carpet . Wasted my money. It states works on aluminum. But further research i find out it doesn't work on marine carpet with backing. Cost me in the long run.
