This book is great for coaches and athletes alike. Teaches coaches what is most important when coaching backers. For athletes it gives you a list of things to accomplish to achieve your goals.

Very impressed, showed me a whole new way of scouting and training potentially great linebackers. One of the best position books ever written and he has the credentials to back it all up. Highly recommend this to all Defense coach's.

I bought Lou Teppers other linebacking book and this one was just as great as the first. You can absolutely learn every aspect of playing the linebacking position. There is a clear reason he has had so much success with linebackers.

I bought this book for my twelve year old grandson who studies football as well as being a player. He is learning the mental part of the game and how important it is for a linebacker to implement his strategic skills.

If you are a defensive coordinator or linebackers coach, you need this book. It is one of the best I own and I have/read a lot of defense books.
