Does this works to loosen the wheels?

Yes, this multi tool works to loosen the wheel nuts on one end. Adjust your trucks on the other end. And the wrench end adjusts your toe stops. This tool is a must have for Addy skater

Will this tool work with Lebeda Proline plates ?

As I'm unfamiliar with the Lebeda Proline plates I can't answer this for you and would suggest you check with the plate manufacture to be certain.

There is no marking as to where it is made. The only markings are the sizes of each tool and the name Power-Dyne. It works great.

Are the 1/2" and 9/16" sockets removable?

I am sorry they are not removable on the Y3 tool. Thank you Customer Service
