The Creatine is basically tasteless you can put it into water and once fully dissolved you'd find it difficult or impossible to notice any change in the water's taste! Easy to use, just two scoops. Since starting this I've felt less tired, joints dont feel as stiff after working long hrs. All around just feel more better.

This is an excellent product that I found through a review in Men's Health. It is micronized and mixes just fine in juice. Compared to non-micronized, you can really tell the difference. Note - the scoop only provides 2.5gms per serving...so you need 2 scoops for the bro science required 5gms. The value of taking creatine depends on so many things. If you don't eat meat, it is a must - and if you need an edge to get to higher weights in the gym, it can also help. All the other stuff seems to be anecdotal and related to research that may not describe "causality". Either way, creatine is safe, and this is a good product. R

One of the best creatine I’ve tried so far. Over the years I’ve tried and tested out creatines just to see the difference and I will say this is an old reliable. It is a bit small but it ensures that I’m using it when I gym. It doesn’t have a bitter taste if you dry scoop like others and it’s not gritty at all. It hasn’t given me stomach aches or cramps.
