In November 2019 i bought the E003 easyguard and installed in my toyota 4runner every thing has worked for me for all this time. Push start, Remote Start every feature has worked for me. On November 12, 2021 I decided to upgrade to EASYGUARD EC009-K-L version. It was professionally installed but this device will crank alright but the engine will never start. Upon several tries, i asked for the E003 to reinstalled and it worked fine without any problem. I decided to try another Professional installer to install, lo and behold the same cranking but not starting. Replaced back the old E003 and its working fine. This confirms to me that i received a defective control or brain unit. I would be happy if the brain unit is changed for me. Because i am really in love with the features of this model and would want to install and use it.

When you ask a question they reply with a prewritten answer that does not address the situation. I received the same reply twice concerning door locks that do not operate as designed. The Brain, as they call it, is sending a double pulse signal when the key fob is pressed which unlocks the doors and then locks them. The remote start and pushbutton start work as it should. We bought the ieasyguard product because of the remotes and features that no other supplier has, too bad it has no real product support.

Is there a way (program)of this press unlock open the driver and 2nd press unlock to open passenger door?

国内で販売されているものに比べ機能充実で値段も手頃で購入しましたが、発送されたらボタン電池が通関で引っかかり一度出品者に戻され、再発送するも国際EMSでは無く国際配達記録で送る。お陰でシンガポール経由での輸送で時間もかかり当初の予定日より10日過ぎてようやく受け取り。 本日取り付けしてみたが、全く機能せずにユニット本体にチェックランプなど全くない為初期不良なのか取り付けミスなのか調べようがありません。 マニュアルは英語で、ある程度の覚悟してましたが翻訳してからの取り付けで、購入者に優しくない。 金と時間と労力をただ消費しただけ。最悪です。 今後購入検討している方いればやめた方が良いです。
