Kabhi bhi costly item Amazon se nahi kharide..maine 11th February ko chimney order Kiya tha 13th ko deliver v hua lekin damage product..naye Ghar ka grih pravesh tha socha tha ki chimney lag jayegi to acha rahega..lekin ye nahi ho saka..refund 5th March Tak aayega ..order karke pachhtawa ho raha hai . very disappointed 😞

Very light in waight, complicated installation, duck pipe very poor in quality infact it is the foil paper only. Can go with this product for only the name and fame and also may thanks to Amazon for providing the product at very cheap price

There no sheet filter or charcoal filter with the chimney sent
Pl send the filters at the address mentioned - ye to wahi baat hui "haathi nikal gaya dum reh gaya" When the filters reach us - the rating will be upgraded accordingly.
