A: Yes it is.  It's hard to find in stores anymore so Amazon is best source.  It works and maintains organic qualities.

**Q: Just curious as to why the info says "Approved for organic gardening" as opposed to simply "organic"! And who approves it?**
A: Because it’s safe to use in a organic garden.

**Q: Will this work on bud worms?**
A: Yes.  You should start using it before you see damage and then regularly every two weeks to keep them from taking over your plants.  Worked great on my supertunias last summer.
