Fantastic, no bounce 30 ouncer!
I was waiting to see some reviews before I purchased this water belt, but finally I gave in and bought it. So glad I did! Just in time for my first race - doing a 10K in 2 weeks ....Anyways, I'll start with the frivolous. I got the pink - it's a really fun, bright, girly color, and I love it. Aside from fashion, it is also bright and improves safety with better visibility.More importantly, the practical: I love that it will hold 30 ounces. I was using a single bottle, diagonal-style waist-belt, with a 20 oz. bottle in it. I really used to like it, but after running without it for a while and then going back to it, the weight and jiggle of it started to bug me, and it felt like it was digging into the small of my back. I like that the Nathan 3-bottle belt more evenly distributes the weight of the water. The pocket does not fit my phone, a Razr that is about the same dimensions as the iPhone 5, but it will fit a couple of keys and and ID card, and would fit a couple of packs of Goo if you're into that. The belt material is slightly stretchy with some give, but firm enough to keep the belt and bottles from bouncing around. I also like that it is adjustable. Other belts that are sized S/M/L made me nervous - sometimes I wear a thin tank, other times I wear a heavy fleece, depending on season - so I wanted something with a big size range. This works! There is a clever little Velcro design to hold the extra strap all folded up so it doesn't get in the way. Bottles stay put, but are easy enough to get out one-handed. They have not leaked so far - after 3 runs, plus one trip on the bike path with my young kids stealing drinks.Great design! I highly recommend this product!

Very easy to slide water bottles in/out
I love this water bottle. I'm a smaller person, so I love the fact that I can tighten the belt and not have the strings get in the way. I was concerned that the water bottles were going to be difficult to get in and out of the holders, however, it was really easy! I was pleasantly surprised. The one change I will most likely make is buying different tops for my water bottles. I would prefer not to push/pull the top to open/close it. I like the ones you squeeze. The pocket that this has is not big enough to fit my Iphone 5, however, it is large enough to fit an energy gel packet and some chapstick. Not too much else. Other than that, I really enjoy the product and am very pleased.

Great Running Hydration Belt
Terrific hydration system. If you're looking for a great running hydration belt, this is it.Previously, we'd only used Fuel Belts, but their latest designs are very flawed, so we decided to try this system. It turned out to be a great choice and is far superior to our most recent Fuel Belt purchases.Pro's:- Click-lock clasp: You don't have to worry about the Velcro hooks tearing up your shirts. And this clasp is not going to prematurely wear out like the 'new' Velcro used in the latest Fuel Belt designs.- Superior adjustment: The ingenious length adjustment on this belt means that you can get a good snug fit. And, once made, the adjustment is locked in so that it won't slip (unlike other designs in which you simply tug on the strap to tighten, only to have the strap loosen as you run).- Large capacity water bottles: This is a bit of a mixed benefit - the 10 oz capacity is large, so you get more water/liquid in fewer bottles. This three-bottle system carries more liquid than a 4-bottle Fuel Belt. Of course, you add more weight with more volume, but overall, the capacity is a plus.- Large, soft push-pull caps: These caps are easy to open and they close securely (they don't leak like the hard plastic caps used on other bottles tend to). And, they have a larger diameter hole to let you get your liquid out quickly and effortlessly.- Translucent Bottles: Unlike some systems where the bottles are colorful, but opaque, these bottles are translucent. That means it is easy to see how much of what is in each bottle. (On systems with opaque or nearly opaque bottles, you can't tell which ones have your sports drink and which ones have your water,- No-Bounce Fit: When adjusted properly, the belt does not bounce, slip, or stretch- even when running with three full bottles loaded.Con's:- Limited pocket space: This belt could use more pockets so that you can carry fuel (Cliff Shots, GU, etc.) as well as a few personal effects. But, you can add on Nathan or Fuel Belt pouches (accessories) to increase the capacity.- All of the bottles are on the back. With three bottles, there is probably no way around this configuration, but it means you carry all of the weight in back. (On some 4-bottle systems, if you don't need all four bottles, you can choose where you want the weight.)All in all, this is a great design and is likely just what you're looking for if you want a running/walking belt with plenty of hydrating power!

Good Belt, Poor Quality Bottles
It is a good fitting belt and use this mainly for longer distances 12+ miles, thanks to the generous 10oz bottles. There is very little bouncing action from the bottles. The bag is small enough for a gummies and a couple keys; if you use multiple packs of energy gels then forget it - those go in the pockets.I would have given this at least 4 or 5 stars, but since I bought this (June 2, 2016) two of the three bottles already have a hole in the bottom. The second one just yesterday. Talk about discovering this midway through longer runs that you had planned. The bottles did not last a year! I have their belt holder for two bottles, with the grey bottles, and that had lasted much longer and without a leak. Go figure.Be prepared to buy backup bottles, which you should not have to do.

Not for me
I bought this for my long (10+ miles) runs - I'm training for a marathon. It might have been my body shape, but I couldn't find a comfortable spot for this: on my hips it bounced like crazy, on my waist it stayed put but made it hard to breath.I wanted this model because it had the largest bottles (I tend to sweat and drink a lot during runs), but it turned out to be too heavy to be convenient.Okay, not for the good things: it's good quality, the bottles stay put just fine, don't leak, and are easy to get in and out. Also, the water/gatorade I had in these always tasted fine, no funny plastic aftertaste.
