On the cons, the padding does compress after a bit and when using it all day I notice that it really doesn't stay as comfortable. It shipped and was delivered quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality. The shoulder cushion is actually soft, the belt part feels extremely strong and well made and the hardware has some weight to it which I like. Only issue is that the hooks are too small to use on my cooler, so I have to return it.
