Easy to maintain and wash, it’s pretty economic on cutting down on the use of parchment paper it’s also useful when you need to pull the bread out of the dutch oven.

I love these slings. I use them in making sourdough bread at high temperatures. They do become a little discolored from the heat, but I have used them weekly and they are still going strong. Easy to clean and perfect size.

This sling has made it so much easier for me to get my bread out of the dutch oven! No more brittle parchment that crumbles as soon as I touch it, and it doesn't stick to the bottom of the loaf. Its pretty easy to clean, I just rinse it unless Ive done a lot of inclusions. I don't like using soap because Ive had issues with other silicone items taking on the smell and taste of the soap.

Just as expected. Will probably order a bigger one for my larger Dutch oven, but this is perfect for what I need for bread.
