The product is defective
I got rashes on my skin using the product while I am a regular Rahul Phate user. I normally take it from beauty parlour, however due to pandemic and to avoid social contacts I chose to order it on amazon for the first time. I just applied it 2-3 times and got red rashes all over and had to seek help from daermatologist to treat it. I have kept it unused and now got back to my parlour and using the same product from there without any issue. Pleass look into it and get back.
