These Vader little monster brushes work perfectly and they're very easy to handle. Perfect for the soft sound that you may need and they're thin enough to use without feeling uncomfortable.

I really like having these sticks as an alternative to the bigger original cajon sticks by vater. I sometimes use the smaller drumstick for left hand "snare" & right hand big cajon drumstick for "bass." I use these "LM" drumsticks on djembe, bongos, cajon, slaptop cajon and even on my drumset (but mostly only with drums and hi-hat). These sticks have a lighter and quicker feel than the bigger vater cajon sticks. The sound difference between these sticks and brushes or nylon or wood rods is subtle; a soft but distinct attack.
