I have 2 lovebirds who are absolutely in love with stuff! It took them a second to adjust to the pellets from being dependent on seeds their whole lives but the switch was very hassle free and surprisingly quick. I've been mixing this in their their veggie chop and it is always GONE within hours. My babies are always so energetic, healthy, and happy. I feed these to them guilt free of any harmful side effects. I'm on my 2nd bag in a month! Highly highly recommend!!!

I've fed my two Indian Ringnecks on Harrison's pellets since they were babies. The shiny condition of their plumage and overall health couldn't be more noticeable 3 years on. I can easily tell what a big difference a balanced healthy diet has made in their state. (1) Product is organic. No chemicals or preservatives. (2) Contrary to the common belief that pellets taste dull, at least my parrots do not feel that way. They love the taste, so much so that if you mix something else with the pellets, they may not like it as much. (3) This can be served in a variety of ways; In dry form (most common) or if you try to get your bird acclimated to this food or want to spoil them you can mix it with water. Within 5 minutes you have a uniform wet mix just as if you would if you mix a powder version with water, warm it up and you can hand-feed them that way. You can also spray some water on the dry pellets and sometimes my parrots like it that way. The last but not least, you can mix the pellets with water in a cup, but don't let it sit more than 1 minute. Then warm it up and now the mix becomes crunchy which stays that way even during subsequent warming and storage in fridge. My parrots sometimes love the crunchiness of the mix. (4) This formula still allows you to feed additional fruits, vegetables and seeds so as to provide variety. No matter how complete a pellet may be, all living animals appreciate variety. So 70% of my parrots diet comes from Harrison's and the rest come from variety of seeds, fruits and nuts. So, if you don't have time or can't prepare other food for your parrot regularly, you will have peace of mind that they are getting all their required nutrition and at the same time, you can give them other healthy food as well. I used to feed my conure seeds, but wanted to get him on better food when I found out how bad seeds were for birds’ health. After some research, I found an overwhelming support for Harrison's bird food with people claiming it as the best alternative to pretty much anything else. I wasn’t convinced my seed addicted bird would take to pellets but decided to give it a go with a 1lb bag of Lifetime Fine. I wasn't really expecting him to eat it, so I made the complete switch from seed to this instead of gradually. Surprisingly, as soon as I gave him the bowl, he went straight for it and started eating like this had always been his favorite, and after a few weeks I definitely noticed a positive change in his energy and appearance. Getting him on a cleaner, healthier diet that he also loves is exactly what I was hoping for. He will be on this food for the rest of his life, for sure. EDIT: Roughly 10 years later and my guy is still eating up his Harrison’s, with not a single health concern to be had in all that time. 13 years young now and you’d think he was still 3 ! EDIT II: Knocking a star off. I have this food on subscription from this same seller and never had an issue before, but my most recent 5lb bag of Lifetime Fine has HUGE sized pellets compared to the last ~10 years worth of food I’m used to seeing. Second photo shows the comparison. Almost looks like Course size but the bag is definitely labeled Fine. Not sure if this is a new formula or a mislabeled bag, but either case doesn’t reflect well on this brand since my little guy is having a helluva time grinding these pieces down enough to eat. Hoping next bag is back to the normal sized pellets we’re used to; but at least for the next couple months, he’s stuck with giant pellets labeled for small birds :/

Harrison's is THE BEST food for your bird. Or cockatiel loves it!

I transitioned my jenday conure from a lesser quality larger pellet to these by mixing and reducing other brand now my conure loves the fine texture ones and I love it because there is very little waste or mess since they are fine and don't explode all over when he bites them so actually I'm saving alot of money with no waste and nothing outside of the cage to clean. My parrot looks better than ever. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!

Amazing quality with no artificial sugars and my lovebirds love it

I was advised to give this to my African Grey after he was very poorly. We had to change his diet completely. We were also told it would be a long process to switch him from seed to pellets. It took a week! My parrot loves these pellets and they're full of everything he needs.
