How to change the remote battery
I added a couple of pictures to the review as I was frustrated trying to replace the battery in this remote. It was getting to where it would only work when it was warm so I decided to try replacing the battery. You need to spread the ends of the metal frame and slide the remote out of the frame. Carefully pop the lid off and the CR032 is super easy to change. Put the bottom 1/2 of the remote back into the frame then pop the lid back on. Review of the remote...... I purchased a 24 volt DC powered sliding gate opener from ebay. I recently finished the installation at our Off Grid Mexico Home. I was a little disappointed that I could not get the gate to respond to the homelink remote in my car. So I needed an extra remote. This remote was super easy to match to the opener. It looks identical to the 2 remotes that came with the opener. I did not need to "program the remote". It already is set to produce the correct code for the gate opener. You just need to have the opener "learn" the remote.

Works Perfectly on GT Master gate opener.
I have purchased a few of these as additional remotes for a GT Master gate opener. They worked perfect and look and program exactly like the original remotes that came with the gate opener.
