It has a crude form of sun compass, whereby you hold the watch horizontal and points its 24 hour hand to the sun. The watch is now approximately orientated so that the north south west and east markings on the dial are correctly aligned.

Who can tell me in how many time the battery will charging full??

It’s not a kinetic watch, as described in previous answer. It’s powered by natural and artificial light, and surplus energy is stored within a battery
