3rd Third Brake Light Seal Gasket Compatible with Ford F150 2009 to 2014 Rear Cab High Mount Stop Lamp

Thicker than the factory gasket and stopped water entry on my 2010 F150.

I have an aftermarket third brake light on an F-150. This gasket worked perfectly. If you are having a small waterfall in the back seat, this gasket will help you out. No need for added silicone or anything. Clean the surface thoroughly on both the light and the vehicle, to ensure a perfect seal. It's easy, it's inexpensive and it works great!

My generation of F-150 is apparently prone to developing leaks around the 3rd brake light. The water then finds its way into the cab and creates a mess. This foam seal is supposed to be thicker than OEM, but it's hard to tell, as 11 years have passed and the OEM foam has compressed and dried over that time. The lens cover is quite simple to remove, as there are only 2 screws holding it on. The three lights are a simple twist and remove. I cleaned the area on the cab where the old foam met the metal. I cleaned the residue that found its way under behind the plastic cover using a small bristle brush. Standard house cleaner or detergent work, just don't use much. I had some water get trapped in there, but not much, and by studying paper towel down each light hole, i was able to dry it out. If your patient a day in the sun would work. The foam itself is cut well and very easy to install. It falls right into place on the lens, and the adhesive is quite strong. I had no issues during installation and or after a hard rain. I can't speak for its longevity, but this is really good product.

Easy to install and fit perfectly. It’s quite obvious it’s thicker when comparing it to the stock gaskets that leaks, but it’s a bit pricy for what it is. The foam seems quite dense/thick, sure hope this fixes the water leak issue I’m having. If it does it’s a great purchase!

Super product! Unlike other brands, this gasket is sticky only on one side. (Like factory & sticks to the light) This aids in easy removal when you have another bulb burn out later on. Other brands stick to both sides, so impossible to remove with out damaging gasket.

It fit my 2015 F150 accept there a little hard to take off the white paper label so it need to careful for the take off the white label and it need a special care of that
