This faucet works very well in our 1700's kitchen with a farm sink. It's not too large so blends in nicely with the old-style kitchen. After using it for 3 years, we found a little pitting on the faucet (the part that swings over the sink). After searching for the part for weeks, I sent a note about it through the Danze website form answering all their sternly worded questions about putting in my address, etc. After about 3 weeks, they just mailed me a new part - no questions asked, with no additional communication (except notification that it was coming) after THREE years of using the faucet. The faucet has a nice weight, is beautiful and works great - sprayer too (we just spray it into the sink after turning the faucet off so it doesn't leak). I got a Danze soap dispenser too - it's OK. But the faucet is amazing, and we so appreciate the excellent customer service.

I love this faucet and sprayer! It looks amazing. I think the only reason the black is so much more expensive is because it's popular now and the company knows it can get a higher price. The cheapest one was chrome finish. The next most expensive was stainless steel... The black was ridiculously expensive. Over $600. but What the heck YOLO! It was easy to install and it looks great!

Attractive and functions well.

I needed a faucet with some traditional/feminine styling, not modern as most offerings are. This one is gorgeous replacing a drippy 23 year old Pfister no longer available. I had not heard of Gerber so was reluctant to use an ‘unknown’ but the style pushed me over the edge. We had a foot pedal operator replaced at the same time so all leaking is gone. We had a plumber install it as we had several plumbing issues and given the complaints from other reviewers he removed the flow restrictor so we have plenty of pressure. LOVE it! Also note, the stainless steel color option is a great match for nickel fixtures

Bought this and installed in November 2023.Replaced the original Danze Opulence with this one, now made by Gerber. Faucet worked great for about 15 months. Then faucet began to whistleing sounds and inconsistent pressure problems. I had the cartridge replaced, but that did not solve the problem. For the past 6 months, it has gotten worse. When you turn on the water and use the hand spray, it works, but the water coming out of the faucet sounds like either a loud hammering, bucking, horn-like, knocking, or sometimes sounds like a like a machine gun. It's a really loud sound, and the water pressure is awful. My plumber told me it would be cheaper to buy a new faucet. Very disappointing.

Water line too short. Husband and I counted that he had installed around 12 faucets and never a problem. This was a huge problem. Since they usually give you plenty of water line there is no consumer side conversion kit. I ordered and reordered parts to try to make it work. Finally went to a plumbing supply store and since they know what they’re doing they came up With the correct parts. Faucet was just a pain all round. It is so pretty and just what I wanted. Bridge faucets are popular in our style kitchen but I can’t go back to two handles. Sprayer drips and I don’t want water sitting on my granite counter all the time so, I turn the faucet off first to get all water out of sprayer before returning it, then wipe with towel. I shouldn’t have To do that.

Just installed my second one in ten years. This product is exactly as it appears. Nice heavy weight, no cheap plastic parts that you touch. A couple of couplings and parts underneath that are, but nothing that needs to be brass. The longevity on these could be a little bit better, but for <$300, ten years was acceptable enough to me that I bought a second one. The finish was not a problem, the general function was not a problem, just some of leaking around the handles after 10 years of fairly heavy use (five of us, plus we host most family get-togethers throughout the year). Installation was pretty straightforward and easy, as long as you have enough space to wiggle your way into the cabinet and up behind the sink, anyone can install it themselves. I was shocked that Amazon had this faucet cheaper than anywhere else I could find it (online or in-store). And not by just a little bit! Next closest price was $150 MORE than Amazon.
