Great Little Refrigerator Keeps Everything Cold!
I. purchased this as a gift for a 10 teacher unit that works with students who have learning disabilities. We have a hot cocoa corner and people were bringing in bottles of milk and leaving them there.to go bad, so I got this little refrigerator to make the cocoa corner more complete so we could have fresh milk for the cocoa, and students and teachers could store perishable foods there. It's the perfect size and has a little freezer in it as well. It's amazing how much can be fit into it! It works beautifully, never causes a problem with the electricity (we also have numerous computers and printers in the resource center) and keeps everything nice and cold. Even the storage space on the door was well thought out and designed with room for large bottles of drinks. I'd by this again if I had to make the choice all over.

it was a great choice. Out of the box and plugged in
I can't speak to the longevity; I've only had it a day. But in every other aspect, it was a great choice. Out of the box and plugged in, it reached a temperature of 34 degrees is short order. That's a little too cold; I'll raise it to 37. When running it consumes less than 50 watts. Between cycles, 0 watts. In 24 hours it consumed approx. 1/4 kilowatt-hour of electricity. That's less than 10 cents, no matter where you live. So, no worry that it's anti-green, energy hog. Finally, it measures approx. 50 dbA noise level one foot from the back. That's so quiet, for practical purposes, you can say it noiseless. What more could you want? A lower price? It's already a bargain.

Chills as expected
I had to turn it up to 6 (default was 5) to make it feel cold enough to touch. It will make ice though, just know that the refrigerator did not include an ice cube tray. I found one at a second hand store. The freezer dimension is about 7'W x 3"H x 9"D. It's a little noisy when the compressor turns on and off. I have it in an Airbnb room and slept in the room to test out the noise level. I was still able to sleep OK with it's noise level.

just the right size
since i am going through a remodel of my living room, kitchen and guest bedroom i have had to move upstairs to the master bedroom - all my appliances are currently out on the patio - which include my stove, dishwasher and fridge - so in order to get by without these i ordered my dorm size fridge - it works beautifully for my current needs - and the freezer holds two small frozen entrees - i would recommend this fridge/freezer

LOVE my little fridge!!!
It cools extremely well and quite quickly! The little freezer compartment really does freeze a few things I have tried so far...homemade pancakes, waffles, few pieces of bread, and small kid's ice/gel packs. It's not even turned up as high as I expected to have to set it in the beginning. Usually keep it at about half way, unless I am in and out a lot. I bought it to take to the church I work at, in my nursery class, since I work all three service times on Sundays as well as Wed nights and special events. I don't have to starve now. It fits so well in the cabinets under the counter. Very quiet too! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone! Considering ordering another for our basement at home.. I'm a Very happy customer!

It works great, quiet and powerful.
I started to use it yesterday. It works very well. When i put the temperature control settings to coldest one (number 6), the spring water and my tofu is totally frozen!!!! not to mention the meet in the freezer (I really love it!!!) and my milk inside is with some ice as I can tell. lol.... I turned the settings to number 5 before sleeping, and itโs completely calming down without any noise - literally no sounds at all. Quiet and powerful.

Not so cool....
I was hoping to keep about $200 worth of rats for my snakes in this thing. From what I read I thought you could use it as a freezer or a fridge but it is mainly just a fridge. It has a very small area for a freezer.... you might be able to put a popsickle or two in it. I put it to it's highest setting and took the freezer door off and it said 31F so I thought GREAT! Nope. I had the rats in it for a few days now and some of them thawed due to the un-even temperature. My findings are if you want something to keep non perishable items in such as soda cans this may work. For everything else I would not trust it one bit with it's uneven flow of temps. The rats and mice towards the front were still cold and hard but towards the back and bottom had thawed. Thankfully I am sure they can be refrozen due to it still being cold, only a few days have passed and I am feeding them to snakes. Do not be mislead by any thoughts of this thing reaching enough low temps to freeze or keep ice etc.

Purchased 7 years ago, still going strong!
I purchased this January 2016, just looking back at my old orders and realized how long I've had this thing. It's been on almost every day since then, give or take a week or so. My only issue is that it's kind of loud, but I don't keep it in my room so it's not too much of a problem. It was definitely worth the money.
