Hi. Can the manufacturer please confirm the palm oil is from certified sustainable sources?

Palm oil from sustainable sources is still palm oil from palm trees monocultures planted on cut down rainforest/forested areas. Don’t let the marketing fool you.

I see these soaps contain palm oil. Is it sustainable palm oil?

After listening to the community and our customers we now understand the major environmental consequence of the palm oil usage in our collections. 
Many in the community have offered an incredible wealth of information on possible vegan oil substitutes. After a tremendous amount of research we believe that finding a certified sustainable palm oil source will be the best way to commit to our environmentally friendly ideals. This way we can be assured the oil we are using is being cultivated in the most sustainable way with as minimal damage to the eco-system as possible.
We have currently put production on hold until we find a suitable, trusted and certified supplier of sustainable palm oil. Understandably this will take some time as we must ensure our quality control is maintained. But we are actively working towards finding a solution and hope to be able to let the community know about any advancement as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your reaching out to us and always take your positive and negative feedback 100% seriously. We are committed to making the best products in the most socially responsible and ethical ways possible.

It contains glycerin, the backbone of triglycerides, which are produced from palm oil or soybean oil. Here's a good resource for other names of palm oil.
