I was nervous to try this because so many of the reviews mentioned how badly this tastes. After a week if thinking this over I got desperate, see have Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism and even though I’m on medication I never had energy, the brain fog was driving me crazy and my body always hurt. I honestly tried this stuff because I was desperate, and needed something to help get me through the day because coffee did nothing. This stuff is amazing! I honestly enjoy drinking it; I prefer pink lemonade. I pour it in the 12oz of water and let it fizz/settle for a minute then I stir it and continue to stir with each sip or a shaker bottle for on the go is perfect. That being said, this stuff keeps me going all day. It isn't a burst of energy, but sustained energy. I honestly don't feel tired until 9 or 10pm and have no issues sleeping. I wake up early before my alarm even and am awake, I don’t feel like a zombie anymore! This provides me the energy to stay focused at work, take care of house work, do homework for my Masters program and I even have enough energy to work out everyday, Im back to hiking which is not something i thought would happen again. As a bonus I took this over my pms week and my cravings which are normally intense are nearly non existent and my pms symptoms are greatly reduced as well. I can't live without it. Im so happy I took a chance on this.

IMHO they should sell each packet for 1$. But at $1.5 a serving, I can't complain—I still freaking love how much more productive I feel afterward. I've been using eBoost packets for years now (5+). Some days I'll have a serving in the morning and another at lunch, then I'm firing at all cylinders. FAV FLAVORS: Pink Lemonade & Orange (I DO NOT recommend the Acai Pomegranate flavor) PROS: gives you tons of energy, travel size, curbs appetite, and gives you that morning push to run to the bathroom and clean you out! CONS: Not the most amazing taste (but worth it), sort of pricy TLDR: Amazing powder that's not booger sugar. You need this to really kickstart your day, you won't regret it.

Really tastes great and provides a nice boost of energy. Only reason for the 4 star vs 5 star is it’s not the cheapest. However you can find deals pretty regularly.

Then I had a child (working mom), and I needed something. I went back to one serving of coffee in the morning, and was finding myself lagging around 3pm. My search took forever! It reads so difficult to find something zero calorie WITHOUT artificial sweeteners. I honestly tried this stuff because I was desperate, and it is amazing! It's not the most amazing tasting, but it's doable; I prefer pink lemonade. That being said, this stuff keeps me going alllll day. It isn't a jolt, but sustained energy. I honestly don't feel tired at all until 9 or 10pm, and this provides the energy to stay focused at work, spend time with my toddler, and I'm even good to work out after my son goes to bed. Can't live without it.

I started using the eBoost Energy and Electrolyte packs about a year ago. I love the flavor of the pink lemonade and the acai pomegranate. I am not a fan of the orange. I like to add to my 32oz water bottle with some ice. I don't have a problem drinking water, but these packs definitely help me to make sure I am getting enough hydration during the day. I definitely drink my water much faster. I also love that there is caffeine in this drink as I always take them with me if I am away from home and don't know if I will have coffee. Highly recommend.

I've been drinking EBoost-- specifically the pink lemonade flavor-- for near about 20 years after reading about it in a trader magazine. Since then I've been hooked. It's how I start my day, I love the taste and it gives me a practically zero calorie boost. At this point I'm not really sure how I would live without it. That's how much it's part of my life. Great stuff and highly recommended.

I thought this stuff would be great, because I'm used to taking Amino acid powders in the morning. It works well, it gets me going in the morning, HOWEVER, I cannot get past the taste (I bought pink lemonade). I thought at first it was because I had added way too much water. Nope. Not the case. I added the suggested 12 ounces of water to it, and drank. Still a pretty bad taste. I don't understand it. It tastes like alcohol and any fermented drink had a baby. I'm trying to get past it...but I don't know if I'll be able to finish a box of it. I might try another flavor to see if it's any better, but at the higher price point, I don't know if I want to take that financial risk.
