Have been using it for a few month now and I love it

the unit is sold, but if you have a cobra 29 like I do, the opening will not fit the unit, if slid in. The case screws make it two wide by a few millimeters. My install made necessary to slide the unit in as all of my coax was already in place, and I wasn't taking all back apart

Solid product, but with my full size Cobra, the security door remains open at all times.

I usually love Tuffy products but could NOT get this thing to stop rattling when off road or on anything bumpy. That's not the worst part though. The corners on this thing are SHARP! My wife hit her head on it so hard one time I thought we might need to go to the ER. I hit my head a couple times and it hurts real bad. This thing would wreck your face in a roll over. I have since removed mine. Also, the security door on this thing is pretty much useless for most CB radios. If you want to get it to close, you have to slide the CB far enough back that it looks dumb.

fits well was relatively easy to install

My husband is 6 feet 4 and kept hitting his head on it so we ended up getting rid of it on Craig's List. Otherwise it was good quality.
