Nautical Decorative Fish Net 5' X 10' - Fish Netting - Rustic Beach Decor

My initial review was rejected so I'll simply share the photos - they verify and demonstrate my experience ( Quantity ordered: 2 BUT I received 1 made in USA the other China, 1 more than twice the size of the other, 2 different colors, 2 different size openings, 2 different thickness of netting material)

Made a nice wall art piece above our guest room daybed. It goes well with the beach theme. The odor and stiffness was a bit overwhelming when I took it out of the bag, but I soaked it in mixture of oxiclean, water, and a touch of fabric softener overnight which did the trick. It was pliable enough to drape on mini hooks and hang naturally.

This net really stinks badly. I washed it with a harsh detergent like tide and that really helped get the smell out. If you're using it out doors you probably won't notice it much but if it's going as an indoor decoration you probably won't be able to take the smell and will have to wash it. Held up fine in the wash and looks great.

This was for our son's room. I wish I could give it zero stars. I wish I could return it but we trashed it because it smelled like dead rotting salmon. It even had pine needles in the bag with the net! Talk about genuine. I was wanting decor, not a genuine net. We tried to wash it, and got a lot of either dirt or dye. Either way it smelled so bad after we washed it. Amazon wouldn't just give us our money back, they wanted the nasty thing returned.

I am extremely disappointed with this item! I should have trusted the other reviews I saw. The net did not look like what was in the picture! The material is very thin when the picture had you believe it was going to be thick, it smelt funny, & worst of all - IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR. What I received was a dark dirty green color. This is not at all what I had in mind when I ordered it based off of the picture & description. If I could give it Zero stars I would!

I’ve got totally different net than on the photographs, it had the tiny knots only in the place where the huge hole was repaired. There were a few other small holes, dried grass and dirt. I am very disappointed with this product.

Used it for a siren costume for Halloween. It's bigger than I realized. Give it a wash if you want it to soften up bc it's pretty stiff. Be careful tho - it tore the net up. Since that was the look I was going for, I didn't mind, but just FYI.

Came fast, closest to real fish net I have found. Not to brittle, so it's good for draping. Over all real Happy, no awful smell to deal with .

Most of the products I ordered was great. Some of the dresses were nice but the cost was on the high side and they were very heavy.

Very thick and good quality. I used this for center piece mason jars.

Use these nets with my Monarch Butterfly Caterpillars so have to wash them to sanitize and prevent spreading of diseases that kill them.

Decorating bedroom and office. This was a great solution to my valance issues regarding my beach themed room. Perfect choice

I really like my net, it holds my floats for my pool, works great.

Not what is described/pictured; looks very cheap, no knots.

There were several holes in the net and it smelled bad.

This netting worked out well for our nautical birthday party. Good quality just right for hanging over my nautical window scene.
