Taking two tabs each half an hour before breakfast and dinner has enabled me to reduce my allopathic medicine. My BSF was generally in range of 150-160 and now reduced by about 40 to 45 points. This is after reducing medicine. Previusly I was taking 1 Istamet + 1 T Vobit 2 in the morning and T Vobit 2 in the evening. Now after reducing gradually my medicne I am taking 1/2 Istamet in the Morning and 1 Gluconorm in the evening. T Vobit 2 comprised of 1000 mg Metformin, 2 mg Glimipiride, 0.3 mg Voglibose. Gluconorm is without Voglibose. It appears boon upto now. But what will be long term benefit will only be known later. I am taking my 3rd bottle. i.e about two months elapsed since when I started taking BGR 34.
