My parents have been using this product in their rural upstate NY home for a weekend now and they love it. They're not the most tech savvy consumers but were able to get it out of the box and up and running in minutes. Their house is notorious for a weak wifi connection: Netflix takes ages to load if it even works at all, any more than 4 wifi users weakens the internet speed considerably, and devices often get "kicked off" and lose connection. All that changed as soon as we started using this extender. We put it upstairs in the loft space, one floor above the router, and the connection throughout the house improved considerably. We encountered zero problems streaming videos and movies from the TV, our phones didn't get "kicked off" all weekend, and just to test everything we had a tablet, four phones, one laptop, and Netflix up and running seamlessly. That's something we'd never been capable of doing in the house before. The basement connection works better than ever, and there's even a faint signal in the garage and outside on the front deck. I highly recommend this extender. Effective, affordable product that does what's it's advertized to do.

Extended perfectly

What a piece of junk! I only gave this a one star rating because there is no zero star rating. It worked for about a day, then quit working off an on for a month, then stopped working all together. This is the second repeater I’ve had that did this. I finally threw it in the trash, and the thing is resting in a landfill somewhere.

This WiFi extender works exactly as advertised. It was very easy to set up, following the instructions. There are several wired / wireless set up options, which was helpful. I went with a wireless option, which took about 2 minutes to complete, and the WiFi signal level on my phone and tablet immediately got significantly stronger in my bedroom (which is 2 floors above my modem & router). Very pleased with the job it's doing!

I was intimidated about doing the install on this but it was SO easy! Everything went smoothly and the hardest part was choosing which outlet to use. We do not get a strong signal in the back of my house but now I can stream video from that room easily. Highly recommend! Also, the price was excellent compared to competitor products.

I needed a better Internet connection to my room and this really did the trick! The set up was extremely easy once I downloaded the app that they suggested. I really recommend this product for the short range especially. Haven’t tried to see how far it goes.

This wifi extender works perfect and is just as good as ones at double the price. We had issues getting good signal to a upstairs smart t.v. and after installing the wifi extender our service couldn't have been better if we were sitting next to the router. If you buy this product you won't be disappointed.

My first extender was defective and did not work at all. I exchanged it for the same model and after my grandson, who is very computer literate, worked 1-1/2 hours trying to get it to work we packed it up and we are returning that one. I have since ordered another brand that my grandson recommended as he has that one and found it works well and is easy to get it up and running. Sorry I couldn't give you a better review, you might want to add in your product description that this product is for VERY EXPERIENCED COMPUTER AND EXTENDER SKILLS needed to install this item.

Schnell geliefert, gut verpackt, aber : Installation nur etwas für 'Spezialisten'. Ok, nach gut zwei Stunden stand dann die Verbindung. Leider fiel der Repeater immer nach kurzer Zeit in eine Art Ruhepause, die erst nach einer Minute warten beendet wurde. Nach vier Tagen war das Menue nicht mehr erreichbar. Habe das Gerät zurückgegeben. Entspricht leider nicht meinen Erwartungen.
