It recently stopped working in the middle of a lot of ironing. I took it to a repair shop and was told that the problem is the circuit board. I searched the internet for something similar. In the end I decided to pay the $120 to have it repaired as there is nothing like it currently available. I love the burst of steam, the swivel of the stand and the size (large work surface). Mine always heated quickly. I also understand that they are in high demand because of the unique features. If you have one, take good care of it and consider having it repaired, if necessary. Also, beware of some that you might find advertised on the internet. They are probably 220 volt (Europe and UK). I hope they are once again made for the US market.
