This was a great deal got everything for the unit including remote, connector, microphone, and install screws. I am installing tomorrow but extremely happy with QUALITY SO FAR THIS IS AN AWESOME DEAL!

The stereo ordered was not advertised as remanufactured, yet that is what was received. It didn't even last 5 days before it shorted out and melted the entire wiring harness in my dash.

This unit failed two days after the 30 day return window was over. I got a new one from Jensen under warranty. I have had it installed for a couple of weeks and it has failed. Amazon will not do anything to help me besides refer me to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. The unit is hard to use when you are using the GPS you can not use the radio! I am disappointed and I hope I am able to keep someone else from buying this sorry radio.

I was excited to install this. It was advertised as new, came REFURBISHED(???). Had gouges in the volume knob and outer surface, Called Amazon, they were happy to refund my money, but I needed this for a roadtrip, so they settled on giving me $30 off, and a $15 amazon credit. This made the original price of $265 now $220, seem almost worth the hassle. Since owning this a week, I had to completely reset the navigation to default, it was stuck in some odd limbo mode and would not function, the unit is glitchy, slow to respond to touch commands, and hangs up/freezes. Sometimes it won't even turn on. The navigation WILL NOT let you play your bluetooth music in the background. Also the reason I bought this was it could change colors to match your dash lighting. Mine is orange...the only color this device can't create adequately....I wouldn't recommend a purchase from this seller of this unit, maybe I got a bad one. It's only been 3 days, so we'll see if it gets worse, I may just have Amazon full refund me and get a better unit to not have to deal with this garbage

It is difficult or to be fair on this. Here it is: 1. Touch screen very responsive. 2. User interface easy but very little explanation as to in depth or explanation of features. Downloaded the manual, but not very helpful. 3. Sound quality - have to set it to loud mode for media. Bluetooth calling - have to crank it up at initial received of all. 4. Current problem that I can't get technical support to from jensenmobile.com (not sure if this is even a valid site, since I can find manual). When switch between NAV/GPS and other source, voice/volume/tone is locked to NAV/GPS rather than current source (e.g. radio, XMR or etc..) . --- Update after 72 hours--- Amazon CS support provided incorrect support and contact to Jensen. After some diggings and contact to ASA which owns Jensen, I was update to get FIRMWARE Update to fix the issue. Well, after several attempts, it still did not work. In fact, the GPS is frozen in Boot Mode. I have reached to JensenMobile.com again, again no respond. OPTION: Remove the unit a return it if JENSENMOBILE does not response. Another 200-300 USD to have another professionally install.. JensenMobile is unable to fix the issue. REPURCHASE the exact unit an swap.... RETURN THIS ONE

Bought this and couldn't get it to stream even though bluetooth connects no problem. Had it replaced and same problem.

Bought this to add in dash navigation to my ride. When Nav was selected on my original unit it would not allow any other function. Turns out the original was sold with a known software defect. Insisted on replacement. Nav worked for 3 months on the replacement unit and then quit. Bad enough but it also made the screen less responsive and the whole radio glitchy. Was actually not a bad unit when working, but its track record puts this in the "avoid" category.
