These are my favorite replacement filters. They fit perfectly, work great, and the water tastes clean and fresh. I regularly reorder these whenever we need replacements and have never had any issues. Reliable quality with no leakage and great water flow. These are a great value, highly recommend.

How do you really know if the filter is doing what it claims to do? I have been using the Pureline filters for years and have been pleased with them. But I saw that this filter has more certifications and claims to remove PFAS. So I switched. I used the Zero Water TDS (total dissolved solids) meter that came with our Zero Water pitcher, and it was 36 for this filter and of course Zero for the Zero Water filter. Now what does that really mean? The ZeroWater TDS meter just reads electrical conductivity of the water — basically how many dissolved ions (salts, minerals, metals) are present. It does not differentiate between “good” minerals (like calcium, magnesium) and harmful ones (like lead or arsenic). A filter could remove almost all harmful contaminants but leave the healthy minerals — and your TDS reading would still be high. Lots of experts say that TDS isn't really a good measure of the quality of your drinking water. Anyway, 36 is indeed a good score. Now you may wonder why I don't use the ZeroWater pitcher if I have one! Well, I like the convenience of grabbing some water from the refrigerator door rather than having to open it and pour from a pitcher. Also, I feel like the water from the refrigerator filter tastes better than ZeroWater, likely because all the minerals haven't been stripped out. So the score of 36 seems like an acceptable compromise! As for whether the filter truly filters out PFAS, it’s hard to know without sending the water away for testing.

Pretty good for the price. Internally, this one is exactly same as the other brands I have used in the past. Simple carbon internals, nothing super fancy. Certainly improves the water taste, and fits like OEM.

Arrived on time! Filters work well. They are easy to install. No leaks around gasket. Have been using them for over 10 years. They are very reliable.
