Professional Wooden Slant Board

This is a very well-built, furniture-grade device. But most importantly, it's working for me. I've been suffering from plantar fasciiatus for months, and running out of things to try to remedy it. After a visit to a physical therapist who recommended a slant board as part of the treatment, I purchased this one. So far, after only one week, this thing seems to be working. I'm not out of the woods yet, but for the first time in months, I'm heading in the right direction. This StrongTek Slant Board, is assembled with high-quality components, a very nice smooth finish, and it's infinitely adjustable. The design for the hinge mechanism and height adjustment is very well thought out. It's on par with cabinet level fit and finish. All-in-all I think it's well worth the money.

Nice slant board, seems sturdy and well made and very versatile without taking up a ton of room. Had an issue with peeling on the front but customer service was excellent and responded immediately .

This product was recommended by a well known runner's magazine. I found it to be well made, easy to set up, and heavy enough to stay stable on the floor. The grip is strong, so I recommend wearing running shoes etc., as oppose to going bare foot. The slant board didn't come with any instruction on use or exercises routines, but I found several slant board online videos that were most helpful. I'm a veteran of workouts, and sometimes it helps to do a change up. This looked like fun, and it is. Update--- Found a sheet with instructions inside the slant board right after I posted. It does recommend checking out StrongTek's online video for more instructions on exercises, etc.

Ich habe ein stabiles Schrägbrett zum Dehnen meiner Waden gesucht und ich bin auf dieses hier gestoßen. Mir war wichtig, dass ich ein hochwertiges Produkt bekomme und das habe ich hier gefunden. Die Lieferung ging schnell und das Brett war auch sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Alles war einwandfrei. Man kann es durch die Haltegriffe an den Seiten super greifen und auch das Einstellen der Höhe geht sehr gut. Man steht stabil und sicher und die rutschfeste/raue Oberfläche ist auch mit Socken ok. Mit Schuhen ist es aber angenehmer. Ich kann das Brett sehr empfehlen und würde es auch nochmal kaufen (aber bestimmt nur als Geschenk, denn ich glaube es hält 100 Jahre :) )
