This is a good tool but some people mite find it hard to master at the beginning. Persevere and it works great.

I think using a firmer leather would help but once you get it going it’s really good

It ok but could be made from a slightly stiffer plastic as it is easy to break.

Not for thin leather. Dare I say it not for medium to thick leather either. I couldn't get mine to work, it took me ages and when i finally did get it, it wouldn't cut properly. Part of the problem is that the blades were not sharp enough, they're very thin and don't feel very good quality. This ruined the leather i was using. The worst part about it was the blade flew off in the end.

Works well but only on stiff leather not suitable for thin chromed leather. Should be made plain on details. Needs practice but with the right leather works ok.
