Works great for both fine mist and a strong thin jet. I got this for the Chapin 6-7770 32-Inch Extendable Wand that doesn't come with a preinstalled nozzle. I was able to achieve a fine mist for watering plants, a 1 inch spray cone for targeting weeds like dandelions and a super thin 1/4 inch jet for spraying ground clear in between cement cracks/joints.

Very nice spray Nozzle.
I bought a Stanley back-pack sprayer around 40 years ago, I noticed the spray was array, after looking at the brass nozzle I seen that the hole in the brass cap was worn 3 times its original size. I don't think the plastic one that came as an extra spray tip would out last me.

Not for 20002 Chapin model!
Didn't fit my 20002 Chapin sprayer. The description didn't say it would (or wouldn't) but Rufus said it WOULD!

Looks like it is made with good quality material, but unfortunately it did not work on my Fimco wand.

Quality built sprayer nozzle
I bought this nozzle as a replacement to the poly (plastic) multiple position nozzle that came with my Chapin sprayer. The poly nozzle did not last very long and so I opted for what I hoped would be a sturdier nozzle, simple, and easier to clean than poly nozzle. It met my expectations and goals and has been working fine through the summer. I often use vinegar in my sprayer as an organic alternative for killing weeds and I put a teaspoon of soap into the solution. After I’m done I take the tip apart and give it a quick wash. The tip is adjustable so you can get spray settings pretty close to the poly multiple position nozzle. It’s made out of solid brass and I expect it will outlast the sprayer itself.

IT FIT GREAT AND SPRAYS GREAT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This was to replace a nozzle for a weed sprayer from CTC. Based on the pictures of it on-line I was 99% sure it was going to fit. As expected it was an exact match. The price was about the same as buying a new sprayer but I had made a modification to mine (installed a valve stem for a car tire to be able to use a compressor to pressurize the sprayer, works slick. Google the modification!) I just really needed to replace the Nozzle I lost in the grass :(
