This hood makes so much noise when you have it on high .I think this company is in the testing stage.I will have to remove it and return it ..it costed me over $500. Labore for install now I have to remove it and pack it .I thought its a good company that I am buying it from.

Was looking for a Viking hood to match my range but the prices were over $3k.. after looking for a comparable unit, I found the proline hoods.. these are solid built hoods, looks just as nice as the Viking ones including the led lit knobs for the lights and fans. The grills are solid stainless steel and easy to wash. Noise levels are ok and the 4 levels are suitable for heavy cooking. Most importantly, Proline’s customer service is exemplary.. they helped me apply their website discount to the amazon purchase and they also helped me select an extended chimney to ship with the hood.

Installed this unit July of 2019. It’s mounted on a 14 ft side wall of a outdoor kitchen over a Weber 6 burner high output LPG grill. It’s been used all through 4 seasons of northern Indiana. Super Product for being a residential hood. Thanks.

PLJW 104.36 1200 CFM Wall Mount Range Hood, 36"Beautiful Hood! Very powerful and perfect for stir frying. My commercial range 6 burners are rated at 40k BTU's per pair. The depth of the hood captures the path of the rising smoke when cooking. Lighting and fan controls are simple, no digital displays to go wrong. The blowers run quiet. Clean the baffles with a degreaser under hot water with a soft brush. The metal housing and duct cover are a little thin but it also reduces the weight when wall hung. Great kitchen "talking piece".
