It is very suitable for beginners to exercise at home. You can do many different basic movements. The machine is very small and suitable for exercising at home. My favorite part is that it can help you stretch while lying on it. I highly recommend to it.

I had high hopes this will be a goodproduct but don’t waste your money it’s a piece of crap , a 2 year old can use it , you feel nothing no tension so please don’t buy , this should be off the market

Assembly is easy peasy, less than 5'. Good quality and decent cushion. A bit tricky to figure out doing various exercises correctly, so the exercise photos on Amazon site and exercise graphs on the manual help. The best part? The manual uses glossy paper, maybe 5 or 6 languages, not bad, but could have lower cost otherwise.

Dislike it doesn't twist as advertised I use it to flattened my abs

This is a terrific device for abdominal workouts. I do crunches, 4 set of 25 reps each. I can feel my abs burning after I do the 2nd set. Whenever I lean backwards, I can feel all of my ab muscles contracting.

It’s not going to give you six packs, that’s for sure. However, it’s a decent supporting tool to get you started in your work out journey, it’s honestly better to do sit ups on your own. I am 230 pounds and I used it twice before deciding not to even use it anymore because I didn’t feel any difference. Some people might also use it for back pain but I have no issues in that regard so it’s not my place to comment.

I really like this Abdominal Rocker. I am able to do modified sit-up without hurting my back. During a TV commercial break, I managed to do at least 40 sit-up with the Ab Rocket because I know my Back is Fully Supported.

Buyers beware, do not waste your money. This equipment is USELESS. It's a hassle to return it. The buyer doesn't send you a label to return the item. Do not purchase does not work, I can't stress that more.

This product fulfills y needs, it provides excellent neck and back support while strengthening my abs. It has an excellent design. I am extremely happy that I purchased this product.

I took more than two months to open the box. Now I end up with a defect. For the two screws that go at the front of the machine, the place to insert them is too big for one of them. By that I mean, when you insert the screw in the hole on one side, then you add the nut and the spring washer, no room is left to close the end with the bolt. In order to close the end, I have to do it without the spring washer. Not sure how long it will hold up, because it's barely a quarter of an inch screwed on.
