A friend gave me a few of these to try four years ago. THEY WORK! I have tried many different cough drops over the years and most work for a few seconds to a minute or so. These work for hours. They are not icky sweet, don't stick to your teeth and probably don't cause cavities, as they are sugar free. I have been unable to find them in a store near me, so I order on line and love the convenience.
