I bought 4 of these, one quit on me...the others are still working awesome! How should I go about getting it replaced?

I’ve got the same question. One of the 3 pods quit working on one of mine. Pretty spendy to stop working after 6 months.

I guess it depends on what you call a good product. For me, it is a great product. I installed two of these in my garage in less than 5 minutes. It lights up the garage like it is daylight, allowing me to work in the garage without any eyestrain. If I had it to do over, I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
