On the rare occasion when I have to take antibiotics I find that using probiotics helps to rebalance my digestive system. This is the first time I've used this particular brand and they appear to work for me and as such I can recommend them. Just like a prescription medicine, the effect can differ between people so bear in mind they may not work for you. However, there are 8 strains of bacteria in this probiotic so being broad based they stand a good chance of making good any deficit in a particular strain. A type of yeast which they don't contain and which I find useful is Saccharomyces Boulardii. Again, it's rather a case of 'suck it and see'. The capsules are easy enough to swallow being normal capsule size, have no taste to speak of, and if they work have to be value for money.

I started with one capsule every other day for the first week then went to one every day. I have been on antibiotics on and off for years and I think my stomach was shocked at the good bacteria! The only negative was I got some stomach pain when I took the first capsule, but I think this was my body adjusting to the good bacteria. Since then I have had no side effects. It has helped my bloating and has helped to keep me regular after many months of loose stools. I can highly recommend - I wouldn’t be without these now.

I’m so impressed with this high quality product, which contains 20 billion units of eight different bacteria per serving. Some inferior products only contain two or three types of bacteria, with a much lower dose, which is waste of money. Also, some other products have a shorter shelf life. The BBE date on these is over 18 months away, and the quality is good until then, and no need to store in the refrigerator. These are manufactured in the UK, to cGMP standards, which means there are strict procedures and controls in place to ensure the quality and safety of the product. They are small capsules, and easy to take. After taking these for a few weeks, I’m sure I can feel the difference with my gut health. I’ll definitely be buying again.

Nothing to dislike about this product..I am now on my 2and bottle. I feel much healthier and have more energy. The tablets have no flavour and are fairly easy to swallow

I'm on very strong anti-biotics at the moment, and they were really taking a toll on me. I started taking these to help bolster my gut flora during the treatment, and they made a massive difference practially overnight. You just take one daily (I take mine a few hours after my last antibiotic and just before bed) with a large glass of water, and they work a treat! All the usual symptoms of an unhappy digestive tract disappeared after about my second tablet. 100% would recommend giving these a try. They also don't have Pre-biotics (mostly inulin fibre) in them, so if you suffer from IBS or FODMAPS, these won't trigger it at all.

I recently ordered this as I was prescribed very strong antibiotics and it was suggested by my GP I take a probiotic to help with my digestion and stomach issues I get when I am on antibiotics. I am unable to take dairy - so cannot use the yogurt based probiotic drinks. I took 2 pills a day (one in morning and one evening) and I can safely say that for the duration of my course of antibiotics I was totally fine and had no horrible stomach related side affects from the course of antibiotics. In fact my stomach is better than usual. I have continued with these and even got my husband on them. I have noticed a big difference.

I suffer from crohns disease and i've been given probiotic powders by my doctor in the past, i've also tried those probiotic drinks and yogurts and they're disgusting. These capsules are perfect for me because not only do they not taste like crap, they are also a lot better than those overpriced drinks. I've only taken a few of these so far and i've already seen an improvement. Whether that's because of these or just my crohns being temperamental remains to be seen. Either way these are great. Nutravita is now my go to seller for these and their range of vitamins. Also the customer service has been exemplary. They actually looked into my condition and advised on the correct product and then supplied it to me for free after i bought these probiotics. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with!

Bacterial count was lowered from 40 Billion to 20 and strains from 15 to 8. Some of the missing strains now are extremely good for the intestinal health like Lactobacillus Bulgaricus for example. The price however remained the same... I was extremely happy with the previous product. I can`t give real opinion for the new version yet. Please start producing the 15 strains version again!

J'utilise ce produit depuis environ un mois et demi et j'en suis totalement satisfait. Pas de ventre gonflé ni d'inconfort, cela vous aide à rester régulier. Très facile à avaler et si vous n'arrivez pas à prendre en forme de gélule, vous pouvez tout simplement l'ouvrir et mélanger la poudre avec un yaourt ou autre chose par exemple. J'ai même essayé de fabriquer mon propre yaourt en utilisant une capsule dans un litre de lait de soja naturel et le résultat est très satisfaisant. L'avantage d'avoir la capsule est que ça peut facilement être utilisée pour la fabrication de yaourt plutôt que sous la forme de comprimé. Je dois aussi ajouter que le contact avec la société a été très agréable, je le recommande sans hésiter!

E' la prima volta che acquisto questa tipologia di prodotti, e ammetto che risponde pienamente a quanto promesso o scritto, dopo aver visto una puntata di Dr. Oz dedicata ai probiotici e in genere a tutti i prodotti contenenti fermenti attivi. A distanza di una settimana devo dire che le aspettative sono pienamente soddisfatte. Ho riscontrato una maggiore funzionalità dell'intestino e un senso di benessere generale (nessun gonfiore). Poichè Dr. Oz. consiglia una assunzione di probiotici dai 15 ai 30 miliardi ho optato per questo prodotto che ne ha 20. La confezione è ben sigillata, dentro un contenitore a prova di luce. Contiene 60 opercoli o capsule. Ne assumo 1 prima di pranzo, e come detto sento i primi benefici, naturalmente per incrementare la efficacia assumo anche uno Yogurt Greco al giorno, e mangio prevalentemente insalate abbinate a proteine, ho abolito del tutto il pane, nonostante mi conceda pasta o minestra al pranzo e proteine (carni bianche e/o pesce) e insalate la sera, accompagnate da qualche noce. Oltre ai benefici mi riprometto grazie anche al movimento fisico di raggiungere e superare di 1 o 2 kg il traguardo del peso forma che non è mai stato distante dal mio standard.

Cercavo dei probiotici per far fronte ai miei problemi intestinali. Arrivato puntualissimo, ho seguito le loro istruzioni e preso una capsula al giorno. Da subito ho visto una diminuzione del fenomeno « pancia gonfia », e ho ritrovato una maggiore regolarità intestinale. Continuo sperando di rafforzare anche il sistema immunitario. Intanto metto le 5 stelle per la rapidità della consegna, per la rapidità del servizio clienti molto reattivo e per la ritrovata regolarità! Consigliatissimi.
