Love these clothes. I am new to sewing (about 3 months). Most difficult part was tracing and identifying what to copy. I have made the pants and vest for my son too so they can be used for eithe gender. Love the dress on the cover. Takes about a day to make

Fully page glossy pictures of finished clothes. Patterns on a nice quality pattern paper included. Drawings in the instruction section are very well done and include cutting layout. Some experience sewing clothes will be helpful to follow the instructions. My only complaint is that the font used in the instructions section is too small. I need to use a magnifying glass to read it. The book is a little over 9 x7 inches. A standard 8.5 x 11 inch format would have accommodated a larger font size.

Delightfully designed garments. I made the coat dress for my daughter in less than a day with quite a bit of starting and stopping. I wish all of these patterns were in one book for adult sizes as well. Buy this if you like to sew!

Maybe I need to make a few more items before I give a review, but I don't like the two things I made so it makes me weary of spending time to make another item from this book. The designs are super cute and the styling of the book is adorable. I'm just not crazy about the fit of the garments. Because my child is younger (27 months, but wears a 3T because she is very tall), I need to adjust sizing. Even with these adjustments, I find the patterns are huge and short. I don't mind the tracing and the adjusting if the dress turns out awesome, but it has not turned out great so far. I made the dual yoke dress and the pom pom hat. The dress fits really large despite my taking off 1-1.5 inches in width and not adding seam allowance. I don't see how it can fit a 4.y.o. if I followed the size 4 pattern perfectly. It's super short and oddly wide, this dress. The hat fits ok, but not as cute as the photo. I'm a tad disappointed. I was hoping it would be another Sew Chic Kids pattern book (where every dress is a complete stunner). I'll update if another dress changes my mind, but right now I'm hesitant to waste more fabric.

I really like the patterns in this book. They are professionally put together with full sleeves, not cut on the fold, proper yokes for pants and skirts and welt pockets! I'm very happy that this book includes finished measurements because a LOT of ease has been added. What I don't like about this book is that I have to add seam allowance to everything and that's a pain, especially after tracing out all the patterns, but it's worth it for the price and quality of the patterns.

Me encantan los libros de ropa para niña de autores japoneses. Los modelos son súper bonitos y las instrucciones son fáciles de seguir. Mi único pero, es que el libro venia sin protección, algo sucio de la tapa, no afecta su función, pero si sería bueno que Amazon se preocupara por cuidar bien sus libros en bodega.

me encanta el diseño de moda japonés ya que es muy sencillo y cómodo y eso para los niños es fundamental. el libro hace una buena selección de prendas de gran belleza y fáciles de componer. muy asequible para principiantes!
