The Do 'Gooder Volumizing Dry Shampoo

Love love love awesome scent. Works great. My hair not only smells great but keeps it looking and feeling fresh for days. Gives volume too.

As much as I liked how it worked, I did not like the smell of this product at all! I will add that I’m not much a fan of coconut and had no idea it was going to smell that bad.

Smells just like a cupcake! I spray it on for the scent alone. I really like how fine the mist is, even though this little can puts out a lot of product at a time! But, in terms of it's intended use, Dove dry shampoo does a better job for me. This makes my hair stiff (even if it's just been washed), almost like a super mild hair spray. And, in terms of helping with the appearance of shine/greasiness, it helps for about a half a day. By the time I get home at the end of the day my hair doesn't look great. I was excited about the reviews, and for some people it really works, but for my wavy/curly, long, fine hair, it's not the best fit. Maybe it's too heavy? Worth a try though! If nothing else you'll smell like a cupcake for a day!

Smells good, works, not most absorbent, but doesn’t make hair stiff, fair trade

So I was skeptical about this item already because I read a lot of reviews that said they didn't like the smell but I've heard of this brand being good so I wanted to try it myself. So the smell isn't bad, but it doesn't smell like other hair products. It's not a 'clean' smell. It smells kinda like cupcakes and cotton candy if they were fried. Today was when I really got to test it as it's been 3 days since I last washed my hair. I sprayed as the directions instructed, combed my fingers through my hair ad on my scalp to give a little volume.. and NOTHING. In fact my hair almost looks MORE greasy. Needless to say, I should have listened to the other reviews.

Wonderful product! This smells good,no hard hair, hold style all day,good price and lasts quite awhile with everyday use. I love it!

Smells good that’s about it. This product absorbs the oil for about 12 minutes then it feels like a ocean/beach-inspired film is on my hair and I’m not talking about texturizing beach hair but rather the slimy film which comes from that air. I was looking for a replacement for Batiste Volumizing as 1) they recently stopped claiming they don’t text on animals…2) the chemicals make me want to vomit and stay in my lungs. The ladder has just gotten worse and I have used that product for like three years. I really like the results of the product but it’s not worth these other issues. Anyway, I will say the one good thing that came from this cake product I tried is it made me look into DIY Dry shampoo and ambvery happy with what I found. It is easy, way cheaper, zero chemicals and works very well! Much better than Cake and on par with Batiste 😊

Smells divine and is very cleansing..same quality as the cheaper Batiste though
