It's a cooking sake
As this is a cooking sake, I've not tried to drink it. It would probably a little unfair to comment on the taste so my review will be on value and ease of use. Given the large size, it is difficult to get spoonfull (common amount used in home cooking) out of a bottle. I've had to decant it into smaller bottle to use. Still, it's a good value for money and I'd buy it again

Excellent cooking wine, works great with veggies, fish, meats, sauces. And a good bit cheaper than brandy. Amazon please make this a subscription item!!
