My printer would not work with the ribbon. I tripled checked to make sure I got the correct one and I did. I reached out to support and they said they would send a new one and never did. This is why my review is one star.

works but 250 is a joke
It did it's job but is advertised wrong. I purchased this in Feb of 2023 and only used it for 100 prints. it is now out of ink and i need to purchase another one. that's less than half what it is advertised for and for 100 prints not worth the money in my opinion.

NOT compatible with Smart-21!!!
The box states it is compatible with the 21 series printer, but it is not. When I contacted IDP, the company that makes the printer, they stated that this cartdrige is not compatible and they are "currently working on updating the packaging". Just an FYI about the product, not the vendor. Vendor was very quick to give me a refund!

Our cards come out with yellow stripe on the side. This is not presentable or professional. Every 10th card will come out without any paint smudges. Which then means this ribbon is a waste of money. And yes, I have tried all of the suggestions that they provide at the product support site. Too bad they don’t have contact us information
