Is it coming with spray tube?

Yes a narrow tube similar to the one we get with wd40 is attached to this container which is detachable as necessary

I ordered crc qd electronic cleaner but i received crc contact cleaner.. what is the difference?

QD means quick dry. We use this for soft delicate computer ,mobile phone , printed ckt boards. QD CRC after spraying will dry up immediately so waiting time for switching on is less. Other contact cleaner will take more time to dry up and also may eat away plastic parts. Those are normally used on electrical thick parts contact cleaners such as motor, automobile part.
