how many packets in this package?

If each packet makes a quart of mix, there should be 100 packets. My last order was in 2021. This item appears to be an updated version of the previous product I received. This is the only kind of flower food I use. It is included in the cut flower bouquets I buy from my grocery store. It always perks the flowers up and helps them last a long time.

The manufacturer on these 10 gram packets is listed as Chrsal. Is this a typo or a knock off product? Can you please spell it as it actually is?
