Perfect flavouring for rice, soups and stir fries
The perfect soya sauce, it also has the perfect colour. Doens't make the rice too sark while making fried rice, also adds the right amount of flavour to stir fried and soups

On my 2nd bottle. For those who prefer a 'light' soya sauce it is a good product. You would need more portions to flavour the dish but it is authentic.

I love the taste of this but it went so fast. I'll have to order up from another company selling larger sizes. I have no complaint about the product...it's fantastic.

Light is NOT Low-Sodium. Beware!!
While the taste and quality is good, do not get fooled by 'light' word. It relates to light colour of soy sauce compared to regular ones. It has nothing to do with sodium content. Sodium content is still high at 1.1 g per 15 ml (tablespoon serving).
