5'9" 148lbs, what's the recommended size suitable for me? thanks

I got this for my son who is 6'4" and 190 lbs. Usual size is LT and that is what I bought. It fit great. Id recommend you buy the size you normally would. My husband is about your size and I would buy him a size M.
